yes indeed…the bubble nest, the orange coloring on the gourami, the way he defends his area in back, the way he wards off the female gourami, his brightly colored fins, his open mouth at the surface at the water to make bubbles…all mean that the female MIGHT be ready to lay eggs soon….and then baby gourami’s! Excited and nurturing over here, let’s hope it happens! :D

Well, it’s the eve of Day 030! Things are going very well. Just another small update today. I moved half of the Pennywort to the left side of the tank. Fills in that gap nicely! Plants and fish are doing fine, replaced the filter media and have been adding my ferts as they are needed. 2mL of iron everyday except sunday. 4mL of potassium wed. and fri.

Enjoi the new pics.  :)

It’s aaalmost been a month. Trimmed the baby tears, re-placed the nesea, re-placed the red foxtail, re-placed the swords, and trimmed the rotala. Not bad for a Tuesday Evening. The thing I love most about aquascaping…it takes extreme patience and a very delicate hand. Awesome.
